Sickness absence – management referrals
Sickness absence is costly for all businesses but for small businesses the absence of a key employee can impact significantly on the rest of the team. At Sarsen Health, we understand that HR and line managers need clear and concise advice, and often a fast response from us in helping them to manage absence. There are some medically complex cases of both physical and mental ill health where advice from an Occupational Health Specialist can be invaluable.
As Occupational Health Specialists, we are qualified health professionals with a wide experience of working with all kinds of businesses. We have clients in farming with one employee, to multi -national employers.
Sarsen Health provides a flexible approach to service delivery of health assessments designed to suit your business and employee needs. We can provide face to face appointments at our Woking offices, remote telephone health assessments, or we can travel to your workplace.
Adopting a case management approach, we will-
- Assess the employee’s fitness to work
- Advise on an appropriate rehabilitation plan
- Provide clear and concise advice on adjustments
- Interpret medical information
- Advise on a timeframe for the employees return to work
